Job Description
As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations to deliver safe, accurate, and timely medication dispensing while ensuring exceptional patient care. You will supervise and develop pharmacy associates, oversee inventory and controlled substances, and maintain strict compliance with state and federal regulations. Partnering with store leadership, you will drive clinical services, immunizations, and health screenings, support performance and quality metrics, and foster a culture of integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.
