Job Description Summary
The Charleston Division Pharmacy Manager report directly to the Charleston Division Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Services and are responsible and accountable for direct oversight, planning, and coordination of inpatient pharmacy for the Charleston Division. These managers oversee and provide leadership for all inpatient pharmacy activities at the Charleston Division Hospitals (Institute of Psychiatry, Ashley River Tower, University Hospital, and Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital) and will manage multiple professional and support staff. The Pharmacy Clinical Managers will plan, organize, facilitate, monitor and evaluate activities, functions and initiatives of the department and organization. They will also collaborate with other leaders to establish operating procedures, enhance workflows, increase productivity and improve quality outcomes and operational efficiencies within the Charleston Division.Entity
