As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You’ll oversee prescription processing, ensure medication safety, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will manage and develop pharmacy associates, optimize inventory, and deliver exceptional customer care, counseling patients on medications and wellness. Partnering across the store, you’ll drive clinical programs, support immunizations, and use performance data to improve outcomes, all while upholding Walmart’s culture of integrity, service, and continuous improvement.
