Job Description
As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You’ll ensure safe, accurate dispensing, regulatory compliance, and outstanding patient care. You will manage and develop pharmacy associates, oversee inventory and workflow, and drive clinical and immunization services to support community health. In line with Walmart’s culture of integrity and continuous improvement, you will champion exceptional customer service, optimize processes, and use data to improve outcomes while maintaining a clean, efficient, and patient-focused environment.
