Job Description
As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume retail environment, ensuring safe, accurate medication dispensing and exceptional patient care. You’ll supervise and develop pharmacists and technicians, oversee scheduling, and drive a culture of safety, compliance, and service. Key duties include clinical counseling, immunizations, inventory and controlled substance management, and adherence to state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with store leadership to grow pharmacy services, support community health initiatives, and optimize workflow, quality, and customer satisfaction while meeting performance and financial goals.
