Location 100% On-Site in Tempe, Client Shift/Hours Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm Job Description Duties Delivers specific delegated Pharmacy Operations tasks assigned by a supervisor. Completes day-to-day Pharmacy Call Center tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Proficient in all basic customer service areas. Tasks are of moderate complexity and may need guidance to complete more complex requests. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. Skills .Microsoft Office; basic analysis skills (able to work a worksheet, export spreadsheet, filter columns etc.) Looking for candidates with attention to detail as they will be auditing paperwork. No certain requirement for number of years of experience as long as they meet the basic requirements.
