    • Partner with architecture, engineering, data, security, and infrastructure teams to define scalable, integrated, compliant target-state platforms and delivery approaches.

    • Drive business-focused technology decisions that balance value, risk, compliance, scalability, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.

    • Identify practical automation and AI opportunities that improve pharmacy workflows, customer support, analytics, and business operations.

    Delivery, execution, and operational performance

    • Lead delivery of pharmacy-related technology initiatives with a focus on speed, quality, compliance, scalability, and measurable business value.

    • Coordinate execution across platforms, applications, delivery teams, and strategic partners to deliver integrated business capabilities.

    • Establish delivery governance, operating rhythms, KPIs, and performance management practices that support consistent execution.

    • Ensure disciplined planning, testing, release management, risk mitigation, adoption, and operational readiness practices.

    • Drive the transition from project-based execution to sustainable product and platform ownership models

    • Strong background in product management, portfolio management, agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

    • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning business process redesign, technology modernization, and operational improvement.

    • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology investments and measurable business outcomes.

    • Experience partnering with business executives to drive organizational change and capability transformation.

    • Strong analytical and operational mindset with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
