    How you'll make an impact in this role

    • Lead Program Excellence: Orchestrate the daily operations of assigned pharmacy programs, ensuring all schedules, budgets, and project plans are optimized to support clinical goals.
    • Drive Strategic Growth: Coordinate and champion program promotions to targeted audiences, serving as a primary advocate to increase awareness and engagement with vital pharmacy services.
    • Optimize Operational Outcomes: Monitor program performance against established milestones, proactively recommending innovative adjustments to ensure every initiative delivers maximum impact.
    • Empower Leadership Decision-Making: Synthesize complex data into clear, professional reports and presentations that provide program leaders with the insights needed to steer future strategy.
    • Champion Patient Advocacy: Leverage your expertise in medical billing and insurance literacy to navigate complex care journeys, ensuring financial and administrative barriers never stand in the way of patient health.

    What minimum requirements you'll need

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable.

    What additional preferences we''re seeking

    • Technical Literacy: Proven, non-negotiable expertise in medical billing, coding, and healthcare insurance structures to ensure program sustainability.
    • Data Synthesis: Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and tracking complex data sets to produce actionable reporting and performance insights.
