    Job Description

    As a member of the ambulatory pharmacy services team, you will be embedded in a primary care clinic working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.     Additional Job Description

    Minimum Training and Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor"s degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred. Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
