Pharmacy Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supply Chain Coordinator will perform activities to support the 340B and pharmacy supply chain activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Process pharmacy invoices for payment

•    Occasionally travel to CNEMG clinics to deliver medications and collect outdated medications

•    Perform data entry to document 340B/SC activities and metric tracking

•    Archive 340B and pharmacy SC documents to fulfill audit and regulatory requirements

•    Contribute to 340B audit readiness activities, conduct self-audits, and actively participate in external audits.

•    Prepare reports and presentations to support 340B and pharmacy SC activities

•    Maintain proficiency with and contribute to data integrity within 340B/SC software applications, to include (but not            limited to) 340B splitter software, TPA software, contract pharmacy portals, wholesaler software, and CNE EMRs.

•    Understand buying policies and procedures at the operating units. Backfill pharmacy buyers as needed.

•    Support 340B/SC projects as requested

Requirements:

• High School or GED Required; Associate's Degree Preferred
• Minimum 1 to 3 Years
• Must obtain a Pharmacy Technician license within 90 days of hire.
• Technician certification by PTSB is required within one year of hire.
• Must have skills and abilities in, analytical and problem solving, and be detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
