Shift: PRN, As needed
Hours: 8:30a-5:30p Mon-Fri; 9a-1p Sat and Sun rotating shifts
The Pharmacy Support Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the pharmacy. This role involves assisting pharmacy staff with non-clinical tasks such as inventory management, data entry, cleaning, customer service, general clerical duties and pickup and delivery of pharmacy medications/or items.

Responsibilities:
- Support receipt, storage, organization, and overall management of pharmaceutical supplies
- Perform inventory checks, restock shelves, and assist with supply tracking and ordering
- Assist pharmacists and technicians with labeling, packaging, and preparation of medications and materials
- Accurately enter prescription and patient data while maintaining compliant pharmacy records and documentation
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining clean, organized pharmacy workspaces and supporting medication pickup and delivery activities
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience (Preferred)
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Registered as a pharmacy support person with the Board of Pharmacy (Required within 30 days of hire)
- Valid driver’s license required when operating a vehicle for work-related duties (Required upon hire)
