Hours: 8:30a-5:30p Mon-Fri; 9a-1p Sat and Sun rotating shifts

This role is perfect for someone who loves details, thrives in structured environments, and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track. You’ll play an important part in day-to-day pharmacy operations through hands-on support with inventory, administration, and medication workflow—helping the team deliver exceptional care every day.

• Support receipt, storage, organization, and overall management of pharmaceutical supplies  
• Perform inventory checks, restock shelves, and assist with supply tracking and ordering  
• Assist pharmacists and technicians with labeling, packaging, and preparation of medications and materials  
• Accurately enter prescription and patient data while maintaining compliant pharmacy records and documentation  
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining clean, organized pharmacy workspaces and supporting medication pickup and delivery activities 

• Education:  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) 

  Experience:  

  • Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience (Preferred) 

  License(s)/Certification(s):  

  • Registered as a pharmacy support person with the Board of Pharmacy (Required within 30 days of hire) 
  • Valid driver’s license required when operating a vehicle for work-related duties (Required upon hire)
