About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician III to join our Infusion Oncology Pharmacy team. In this role, you will support the preparation of sterile and hazardous medications—including chemotherapy—while working closely with pharmacists, nurses, and providers to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile and hazardous medications, including chemotherapy, in accordance with USP <797>/<800> standards
- Accurately compound infusion admixtures and other specialized oncology medications
- Maintain cleanroom standards, documentation, and quality control processes
- Support inventory management of oncology medications and supplies
- Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely patient care
- Serve as a resource and mentor for pharmacy technicians with less experience
- Uphold all safety, regulatory, and departmental policies
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Current CPhT certification (Required)

- At least 3 years of hospital or infusion pharmacy experience (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with inpatient sterile compounding
- Experience preparing chemotherapy or other hazardous medications
- Familiarity with oncology workflows and infusion center operations
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a high‑acuity clinical environment
