## Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in the preparation, packaging, and distribution of medications. Working under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will accurately fill medication orders, prepare IV medications, maintain pharmacy inventory, and ensure the safe and timely delivery of medications while complying with all applicable regulations and pharmacy standards.

### Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Associate's or Technical Degree, or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred
* Active State Pharmacy Technician license required (CA or OR, as applicable)
* Pharmacy Technician Board Certification preferred
* Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication handling, and inventory management
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced healthcare environment

### Key Responsibilities:

* Assist pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and distributing medications.
* Fill and deliver unit-dose medication cassettes based on patient medication profiles.
* Pull medications from inventory and accurately match medications with pharmacist-generated labels.
* Maintain nursing unit floor stock by restocking medications, rotating inventory, and removing expired medications.
* Receive, price, stock, and organize incoming pharmaceutical deliveries.
* Prepare IV medication products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies.
* Receive and process orders from wholesalers and suppliers.
* Process returns, back orders, and maintain accurate pharmacy documentation.
* Support inventory management and ensure proper storage of medications and supplies.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
