The Expanse Pharmacy Education Trainer and Go Live Support roles are a workflow and training resource who will support the facility / market during implementation and go live time periods. These positions require a detailed understanding of Expanse functionality, familiarity with facility clinical workflow, and the coordination of care teams that takes place throughout the facility. With support from the Expanse Education Pharmacists and the Expanse Director of Pharmacy Education, this position will be responsible for organizing and leading Expanse training initiatives at the facility, training facility pharmacy team members and ensuring completion of competencies prior to go live. These team members will organize and execute on the change management and facility engagement initiatives as well as other Expanse trainings. At the time of go live, these team members will serve as at the elbow support for the pharmacy staff in the facility. These team members may be called upon to support other implementation tasks as needed to support the overall program goals, including supporting the onboarding of new team members.
