• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours/week (8.5-hour shift with 30-minute lunch)
• Hours may vary within operating window of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in a production-driven environment. This role involves handling inbound calls, assisting with prior authorization processes, and supporting multiple pharmacy functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Handle incoming calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
• Provide professional and courteous phone assistance
• Route clinical questions and judgment-based inquiries to the pharmacist

• Assist with criteria-based prior authorization processes
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of requests

• Support production-focused pharmacy tasks
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of inventory
• Assist with additional functions such as patient outreach, intake, shipping, and prior authorizations as needed

• Active Washington State Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
