Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 40 hours a week

As a Pharmacy Technician, your role is vital in processing prescriptions efficiently and accurately. You’ll collaborate closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the right medication safely and promptly.

What You’ll Do
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for
  • Processing prescription and OTC medication orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments
  • Receiving medication and packaging deliveries, with the ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Troubleshooting order and shipping issues in partnership with pharmacists and care teams
  • Assisting pharmacists to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications
  • Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and engineers to deliver excellent patient care
  • Finding creative and professional ways to enhance the patient experience

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with the State of Florida
  • Preferred – national certification (CPhT)
  • Minimum of 1-year pharmacy experience
  • Knowledge of pharmacology (ID=1002756, name=Pharmacology)
