- Pay Rate: $35.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday

Job Summary
This is a high-volume clinic Pharmacy Technician role with a focus on hazardous drug and chemo compounding, preferably with experience in oncology facilities. The Pharmacy Tech demonstrates proficiency to practice in two (2) or more specific pharmacy function areas (production/distribution, oncology, inventory management, narcotics, nursery, surgery, compounding, and home care/outpatient) and provides patient care services to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Pharmacist in filling, compounding, and dispensing physician orders
- Perform various technical duties involved with the handling, packaging, and delivery of pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrate proficiency to practice in two (2) or more specific pharmacy function areas (production/distribution, oncology, inventory management, narcotics, nursery, surgery, compounding, and home care/outpatient)
- Provide patient care services to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Required Skills
- Hazardous drug and chemo compounding experience
- Preferably experience in oncology facilities
Education Requirements
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia (required)
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty
