Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Nationally Certified)
Job Description
This role offers an opportunity for a nationally certified Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment in a high-volume, production-oriented pharmacy environment. You will work primarily Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional mandatory overtime and periodic Saturday shifts. The position is based in Charlotte, NC and involves working as part of a collaborative team of pharmacy technicians under the guidance of a supervisor.

Work Environment
The role is based in a pharmacy fulfillment setting in Charlotte, NC, working alongside a team of approximately 21 pharmacy technicians led by a supervisor. The environment is fast-paced and production-oriented, focused on processing, filling, packing, and shipping prescription orders. Standard hours are variable but generally a minimum of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturday shifts and intermittent mandatory overtime. You will work with drug inventory systems and automated dispensing units, and you will regularly handle vials, caps, labels, and other prescription fulfillment supplies. The position requires consistent adherence to pharmacy regulations, safety procedures, and operational protocols in a structured, team-based setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
