Pay Rate: $20-$22 an hour based on experience
Duration: 12-month assignment
Schedule: Monday – Friday
8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No overtime required
Work Setting: On-site

Position Summary
Under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will assist with accurately preparing prescription orders while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely processing. This role supports pharmacy operations by performing prescription data entry, refill processing, and prescription clarification while maintaining compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations.

• Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform prescription data entry by reviewing prescription images and entering information into the pharmacy system.
• Prepare and submit refill requests.
• Initiate prescription clarification requests when needed.
• Receive verbal prescription instructions from prescribers in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
• Complete reorder processing for prescription refills.
• Assist with accurately dispensing prescriptions.
• Support prescription shipping activities as needed.
• Work directly under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, quality assurance, accreditation, legal, state, federal, and company requirements.
• Complete assigned worklists according to department guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
