Job Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and customized medication solutions. Responsibilities
Manage prescription intake processes, verifying orders and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with pharmacy regulations
Monitor and manage inventory of compounding supplies, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and finished preparations, ensuring proper storage and expiration tracking.
Receive incoming inventory, verify the accuracy, log it within the system, and put it away as needed
Maintain meticulous records of compounding activities, including batch records, quality control documentation, and ingredient lot tracking .
Maintain clean and organized compounding areas, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Assist Compounding pharmacist in various duties.
Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy setting .
Prior experience with compounding operations (sterile or non-sterile) is preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training
