GoGoMeds is seeking experienced full-time Data Entry Pharmacy Technician. Duties will include: • Data entry and problem solving with pharmacists to deliver accurate prescription information. • Collecting and entering information required for timely and accurate processing of prescription orders • Reviewing medication orders and prescriptions • Providing customer service to patients • Contacting insurers to clarify coverage • Entering medication histories and maintaining records • Filling prescriptions accurately according to state and federal laws • Processing customer payments and resolve billing discrepancies • Reading and interpreting prescriptions and pharmaceutical literature • Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager Required Skills: Personal Attributes • Accuracy and adaptability • Dependability, punctuality, and accountability • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Displaying a positive outlook with a friendly, interactive style • Self-directed, but also able to work in a group • Willing to following directions as assigned • Strong multitasking, problem solving, and prioritizing skills • Strong stress and time management skills • Excellent verbal communication • Maintaining a professional demeanor • Desire for continual learning Required Skills: Technical • Knowledge of brand and generic medications • Knowledge of medical terms, abbreviations, and pharmacy calculations • Intermediate computer and software proficiency • Ability to work out of 2 or more systems simultaneously Required Qualifications • High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications • PTCB Certification What’s in it for you: Excellent Pay ($17 +/- hourly based on experience) Casual Dress Medical - PPO or HDHP with HSA Card, Dental, Vision, Short-term Disability Paid Basic Life Insurance |
