What Youll Do:

• Assist in filling and dispensing prescriptions.
• Answer patient questions about medication status in a friendly, professional manner.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to manage inventory, maintain compliance, and ensure accuracy in prescription fulfillment.
• Support the outpatient pharmacys services, including medication synchronization, copay coupon support, central fill collaboration, FLAVORx, Meds to Beds, etc.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: High school graduate or equivalent GED required. At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or outpatient setting is preferred. If not, successful completion in Indiana Board of Pharmacy approved Pharmacy Technician Training program, within one year of employment is required.
• Licensure/Certification: Must have or be eligible for an Indiana Board of Pharmacy Tech in Training license or a current State Board of Indiana license as a Pharmacy Technician or Intern. We love seeing CPhT certification but are open to supporting certification for the right candidate.
• Customer-Focused: You genuinely care about patients and have a knack for creating positive experiences.
• Problem Solver: You stay calm under pressure and enjoy finding solutions to challenges.
