Pharmacy Technician | Framingham, Massachusetts

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract-to-hire opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacy Technician to work overnight shifts in a long-term care and mail order pharmacy environment. This role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule, with shifts from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM, spanning approximately 13 weeks, with potential to transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in compliance with pharmacy protocols
• Manage medication inventory and ensure quality control in the long-term care and mail order setting
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to support patient care
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation according to regulatory standards
• Adhere to safety and security procedures throughout the overnight shift

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required
• Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy preferred
• PTCB national certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently

Location:

• Position based in Framingham, MA

Schedule:

• Wednesday and Thursday overnight shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off
• Shift hours: 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM
