Pharmacy Technician Highlights
Pay: $16.50–$22.00 per hour (max)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:30 PM; must be able to close at least 1 night/week (10:00 AM–6:30 PM)
(A defined schedule will be provided at onboarding.)
Onsite position
Temporary assignment (approx. 13 weeks)
Openings: 3
Location: Frisco, TX 75033
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and distribution of drug products
Prepare prescription medications using the fulfillment system
Process prescription exceptions, including:Resolving claim rejects
Member and physician outreach
Enter member demographics and prescription information into the system
Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member issues
Escalate prescription questions to a Pharmacist as needed
Assist with inbound/outbound patient or physician calls
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Must be licensed/registered and certified as required by the stateWill accept a trainee license if it has at least 1 year before expiration
Basic computer skills
Physical requirements:Ability to stand 8+ hours
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (with cart assistance)
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
Ability to complete repetitive work
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Benefits Available
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
