Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment
Pharmacy Technician Compensation
Pay Rate: $16.50–$22.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM
Closing Requirement: Must be able to work at least one closing shift per week (10:00 AM–6:30 PM)
Schedule: A specific schedule will be provided during onboarding.

Job Responsibilities
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
- Prepare prescription medications using the pharmacy fulfillment system.
- Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting member and physician outreach.
- Enter member demographics and prescription information accurately into the data processing system.
- Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns.
- Escalate prescription-related questions to the Pharmacist for interpretation or processing direction.
- Assist with inbound and outbound calls with patients and physicians.
- Support the preparation and distribution of prescription medications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Pharmacy Technician License/Registration required
- Trainee licenses accepted with at least 1 year remaining before expiration
- 2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with cart assistance
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Pharmacy Technician Prefered Requirements
- Pharmacy fulfillment experience
- Prescription processing experience
- Insurance claim/rejection resolution
- Experience with pharmacy computer systems
- Experience communicating with patients, physicians, and pharmacists
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
