Part-time, non-credit Continuing Education instructor

Moraine Valley Community College Community and Continuing Education is seeking a licensed Pharmacist Instructor to teach continuing education (non-credit) and workforce development courses. Topics may include pharmacy practice, medication safety, pharmacology fundamentals, healthcare regulations, and career preparation for pharmacy professionals.

Education/Experience

Relevant work experience. Please include a history of qualifications in the field that you are applying to, industry related references should accompany the resume.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional pharmacy experience.
• Previous teaching, training, precepting, or instructional experience required.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop curriculum and engage adult learners.

Position Status Part Time Temporary Hours

Evening and/or weekend classes based on program scheduling.

Main Campus

Salary/Wage $50-75.00 per hour Hourly/Salary Hourly Benefits
