Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in our company by assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently

- Count, pour, and label medications according to prescription orders

- Enter and maintain patient information in the pharmacy system

- Prepare insurance claim forms and process payments

- Maintain proper inventory levels and order medications as needed

- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

- Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety procedures

- Keep the pharmacy clean and organized at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred

- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus

- Strong math and computer skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety procedures
