Your Impact
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive safe, accurate, and timely medications. Working alongside a licensed Pharmacist, you'll help create a seamless and supportive pharmacy experience for our patients and care team.
What You'll Do
- Support patients by answering prescription-related questions under the direction of a Pharmacist
- Process written and verbal prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update electronic medical records
- Prepare and dispense medications efficiently
- Coordinate workflow with providers and clinic staff
- Assist with reporting, billing, and documentation
- Manage inventory and incoming pharmaceutical supplies
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting patient confidentiality
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active, valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification in Michigan
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or willingness to learn)
