Our company is continuing to grow and we're looking to add a Mixologist to support our clinic in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Position Details: We are seeking a dedicated Mixologist to join our team in Thousand Oaks, California. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Medication Preparation
- Ensure accuracy of medication preparation, labeling, and documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to support safe medication practices.
- Maintain cleanroom and areas according to established procedures.
Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and properly store medications and supplies.
- Accurately enter inventory transactions into the EMR and inventory management systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates.
- Rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure product integrity.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
- Assist with medication recalls and inventory audits as needed.
Supply Ordering & Management
- Order clinical, pharmacy, and infusion-related supplies.
- Track supply utilization and maintain appropriate par levels.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce waste.
Nursing Collaboration
- Partner closely with nurses to ensure medications are prepared and available on schedule.
- Communicate inventory shortages, medication delays, or supply concerns proactively.
- Support patient scheduling needs by ensuring medication availability.
- Assist in coordinating urgent medication requests and same-day infusion needs.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records related to medication preparation, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Follow applicable federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician certification is required
- At least one year of specialty pharmacy experience
