Required Before Applying
To be considered, applicants must currently meet ALL of the following requirements:
Active national Pharmacy Technician certification through PTCB (CPhT) or NHA (ExCPT)
Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in ONE of the following states:
2-4 years of pharmacy or clinical call center experience
Applications that do not meet both the active national certification and active state licensure requirements will not be considered.
About the Role
As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Care Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for home dialysis pharmacy patients and customers. You"ll help ensure prescriptions are processed accurately, orders are delivered on time, and patients receive the support they need throughout their treatment journey.
This position is ideal for pharmacy technicians who excel at customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a high-volume environment while working independently from home.

Customer Care operating hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
Must be flexible to work assigned shifts during operating hours and remain available during closing shifts until all customer calls have been addressed.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.67 - $21.15/hr.
