What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll work alongside licensed pharmacists to provide exceptional patient care while ensuring prescriptions are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting patients in person and over the phone.
- Enter prescription information accurately into the pharmacy system.
- Count, label, package, and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
- Process insurance claims and assist with resolving third-party billing issues.
- Assist with medication and inventory ordering, stocking, and organization.
- Maintain accurate records and support pharmacy workflow.
- Learn about medications, including brand/generic equivalents and therapeutic classes.
- Support patient care programs and pharmacy services.
- Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general store inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and fellow team members to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred
- Previous pharmacy technician experience or pharmacy training
- Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration (or ability to obtain upon hire)
