Rice's Pharmacy is looking for a Care Coordinator to help serve our patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the primary point of contact for our patients
• Being a source of kindness for all patients
• Constantly smiling
• Supporting the Pharmacy staff in communicating prescription information
• Building relationships with our patients
• Focus attention on our patients
• Point of Sale operations
• Cash drawer management

Preferred Requirements and Skills:

• Excellent relational skills
• Ability to chat with people of all ages
• Ability to serve all types of people
• Enthusiasm for developing relationships with people
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle issues and complaints with care, concern and grace
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Background in customer service
