 Your Impact: Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive specialty pharmacy experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills

 Coordinate timely medication deliveries and manage refill schedules

 Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, financial assistance, and copay challenges

 Monitor and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes

 Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to quickly resolve issues

 Serve as a trusted patient advocate and resource for individuals navigating complex specialty therapies


 What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment

2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

CPhT Certification (highly valued)

5–8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience

Core Skills

Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract key information efficiently

 Compensation & Equal Opportunity Statement

Shields Health Solutions is committed to pay transparency and equal employment opportunities.

An employee in this position can expect a salary between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities pursuant to the terms of any applicable bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
