Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist pharmacists in managing medication therapy and patient consultations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventory.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and nursing staff.
  • Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in long-term care.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication management.
  • Valid pharmacy technician license in Washington state.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
