Pharmacy Technician - Westport, Co. Mayo

Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to join a busy, well-established pharmacy in Westport, Co. Mayo!

What you need to know:

This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week). You'll work every other Saturday, with no Sundays, late nights or Bank Holidays required. You'll be backed by an excellent support team of pharmacists and technicians, helping you cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the dispensing system used.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the pharmacist with preparing, labelling and dispensing prescriptions
• Managing prescription dosages, queries, phone calls and customer requests
• Ordering and managing stock, including storage and expiry checks
• Advising customers on over-the-counter products, under pharmacist supervision
• Assisting with claims processing and related paperwork
• Excellent customer service
• Any other duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
• Strong time management
• A genuine focus on customer service

What we require:

• You must be a fully qualified pharmacy technician.
• Have Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience (at least 1 year) is favourable.
