Job Summary

Pulse Staffing is seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients, providers, and pharmacies with medication inquiries, refills, and prescription support. Ideal candidates will have strong phone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and previous centralized pharmacy experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, including IV infusions and aseptic techniques for sterile preparations.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to prescriptions, insurance claims, and medication inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
• Process prescription refill requests and coordinate with pharmacists as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure medication accuracy.
