Looking for QA Manager / QA Program Manager with demonstrated experience in driving end to end QA activities. Strong Pharmacy knowledge, stake holder management experience is a must for this role.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced DDI Pharmacy QA Manager to lead Quality Assurance activities for a State Medicaid Drug Data Interchange (DDI) implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Medicaid pharmacy operations, claims adjudication, NCPDP standards, and end-to-end testing of pharmacy systems.
This individual will establish the testing strategy, build the QA team, define processes, engage with state stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across the Pharmacy DDI implementation.
