Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Prior pharmacy, prescription fulfillment, picking, order selecting, or quality-focused warehouse experience
Willing/able to obtain Indiana Pharmacy Technician in Training license within 2 weeks of start
Willing to obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
Strong attention to detail; quality-focused; reliable and consistent performance
Ability to lift/carry: frequently 20–30 lbs short distances; 15 lbs on an extended basis
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Must be able to work onsite and live within reasonable driving distance of Jeffersonville, IN
Responsibilities
Prepare, count, measure, package, and label prescription medications for dispensing
Follow prescription orders precisely to support patient safety and high quality standards
Replenish medication in automated cells to full capacity (may include opening cases/bottles and stocking)
Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant work area (pharmacy/dispensing environment)
Support inventory tasks, including stock rotation to help prevent expired product
Assist with documentation and record-keeping related to prescriptions and medication movement
Adhere to federal/state/local pharmacy regulations and maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Work efficiently while staying on task and accountable in a team-based setting
Perform material handling: standing/walking throughout shift; lifting/carrying product as required

Schedule: 2nd Shift — Mon 1:00 PM–11:30 PM; Tue–Fri 2:00 PM–11:00 PM; Sat 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
Pay: $18.23/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential
