Job Summary

Full Time Pharmacy Warehouse Packaging Lead Team Members at FFM enjoy:

As a Pharmacy Warehouse Packaging Lead, you’ll be a key part of our Automation Production Support team. Leads will support Supervisors and Managers in the coordination and training of warehouse pharmacy packaging technicians in all areas of the Closed-Door Central Fill Pharmacy including canister replenishment, manual prescription fulfilment, packaging, and shipping.

Job Description

  • Experience Required: 6-12 months; Demonstrated proficiency in training
  • Certification or Licensing Required: Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy
  • Experience Desired: General knowledge of pharmacy operations and software
  • Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist leadership in coordinating department Team Members to oversee the completion of daily production goals.
  • Collaborate with shift supervisor to maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to monitor operations.
  • Utilize problem solving and conflict resolution skills and escalate situations to the leadership team and/or Human Resources when appropriate.
  • Promote Safety to reinforce and recognize good work habits and identify training needs.
  • Coordinate training of new Team Members, as well as cross-training current Team Members.
  • When requested, assess team member performance, and provide feedback to Supervisors and Pharmacy Team Leader.
  • Recognize, address, and escalate system issues to internal stakeholders and vendors when necessary.
  • Load/Unload truck deliveries using power equipment.
  • Perform all pharmacy technician duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned
