PHCS Contracts Administrator

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $45 - $50/hr.

Introduction

The Contracts Administrator supports the PHC Solutions lifecycle by managing contract milestones, payment triggers, and billing activities for partners. This role provides financial oversight, drives revenue forecasting, and develops dashboards to uncover insights and improve portfolio performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in contract management.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Conga environments (CPQ and CLM).
• Strong background in financial analysis, data management, and diagnostics/biotechnology processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with contract scoping, negotiations, and execution.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining accurate revenue and financial dashboards.
• Experience in implementing standardized tools and metrics in accordance with stakeholder needs and internal Change Management processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Track contract milestones, manage payment recording, and oversee renewals.
• Develop and streamline processes for contract generation, specifically within the Conga CPQ and CLM systems.
• Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align reporting metrics with business objectives.
