The PHENND Fellow will strengthen the long-term sustainability of Body Empowerment Project by building fundraising and earned revenue systems that expand access to free youth mental health programming.
The Fellow will conduct an audit of current development practices, gather input from students and community stakeholders, and develop tools to improve donor engagement and outreach.
They will help formalize a fee-for-service model by analyzing pilot programs, creating service packages, and supporting outreach to new partners.
Additional responsibilities include developing donor-facing media, assisting with fundraising campaigns and events, and helping launch a student ambassador initiative to support community-centered storytelling.
Through this role, the Fellow will strengthen skills in nonprofit development, communications, project management, and equity-driven program growth while taking ownership of systems that support long-term organizational sustainability.
