PHENND Fellows: Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator

Help expand Launchpads network of community and school partners and manage its social media presence to ensure Philadelphia high schoolers know about Launchpad and its offerings.

As the Recruitment & Marketing coordinator you will play an important role ensuring Launchpad provides paid training and jobs to Philadelphia youth.

You will be asked to 1 Meet with school and community partners to discuss recruitment 2 Organize and facilitate info sessions in local schools 3 Manage Launchpads Instagram account to reach young adults online 4 Maintain a database of Philadelphia high schools and community recruitment partners
