Overview
The Assistant, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising plays a vital role in supporting the Division of Philanthropy by serving as a key frontline resource for Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge runners, Jimmy Fund Walk participants, donors, and volunteers. Through exceptional customer service, administrative support, and
stewardship, this role helps create a positive participant experience that strengthens relationships and encourages long-term philanthropic engagement.
In partnership with the Peer-to-Peer stewardship team, the Assistant ensures the smooth execution of fundraising operations by managing participant communications, supporting event logistics, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with fundraising portfolios. By providing reliable operational support and collaborating across the Division, this position helps advance fundraising goals and contributes to Dana-Farber's mission to treat, cure, and prevent cancer.
This position reports to the Sr. Associate Director - Stewardship, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising.

This position may be remote (0-1 day) or hybrid (2-3 days onsite) at 10 Brookline Place, Brookline, MA each week. May require event support, local travel, and occasional weekend and night work required. May require light lifting for event set-up.
