Pay Range: Regular Pay: $12/hr
Weekly Housing & Meal Stipend: $ 623/weekly
Weekly Per Diem: $432
Weekly Gross Pay: $ 1,055.00 (subject to completion of scheduled hours)
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
- Verify patient identity and label specimens accurately.
- Process, prepare, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards.
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
- Provide compassionate patient care while ensuring comfort during procedures.
- Shift: 10 hour shifts - variable hours
- Scheduled Hours: 36 hours [Hours per Facility]
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- High School Diploma or GED.
- Phlebotomy certification (preferred if required by state/facility).
- BLS Certification (if required).
- Minimum 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
