Job Title: Phlebotomist
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005
Shift: Monday to Friday. 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Would only ever work 8 hour shifts, however, we do have potential varying opening/closing shifts throughout the week. So 7:30 to 5:30 is the full availability range we'd be looking for

Discipline: FLEX LSS (Admin and Phlebotomy)

Experience / additional details:
Roles and responsibilities: As LSS, you will support lab services of the clinic such as venipunctures and vaccinations as well as other business needs within the MA-P Product. This team member may also be asked to occasionally support front desk coverage which would include greeting patients, checking them in for their visits as well as checking patients out and insurance verification.

Any certifications or qualifications needed: Phlebotomy license in PDX is not required, however individual must be trained and qualified to perform draw blood.
