The purpose of the Phlebotomist Coordinator position is to oversee the phlebotomy and specimen collection in the clinic services and the hospital, in addition to the routine phlebotomy duties of obtaining specimens from patients of all ages with care and concern for patient's welfare and safety. The Phlebotomist Coordinator will assist the laboratory in preparing specimens for analysis and perform various clerical duties of the laboratory under direct supervision.

Our staff and our patients benefit from our highly-automated, 24/7 core lab coverage. Our scope of practice is extremely comprehensive, including the following: hematology, coagulation, microbiology, transfusion services, chemistry and special chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, and histology. We also pride ourselves on helping up-and-coming lab professionals get their start by being a training site for phlebotomy and MLT interns. We are looking for hard-working, dedicated individuals to join our team!
Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is, $18.90 - $25.31. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
