    Location: Clermont, FL 34711

    \n

    Schedule: Tuesday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

    \n

    Days Off: Sunday & Monday

    \n

    Time Zone: Eastern

    \n

    Pride Health is currently hiring an Entry-Level PSR I / Lobby Experience Coordinator to support our healthcare client in Clermont, FL.

    \n

    Job Responsibilities:

    \n
    • \n
    • Greet patients upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience
    • \n
    • Assist patients with check-in using a self-service kiosk or handheld tablet
    • \n
    • Answer patient questions and explain procedures with care and compassion
    • \n
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional lobby environment
    • \n
    • Support phlebotomists during breaks and staffing shortages
    • \n
    • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection duties as needed
    • \n
    • Maintain accurate records and patient documentation
    • \n
    • Follow established safety, confidentiality, and specimen-handling procedures
    • \n
    • Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality
    • \n

    Requirements:

    \n
    • \n
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • \n
    • Some phlebotomy experience required; internship/externship experience is acceptable
    • \n
    • 1–2 years of client-facing/customer service experience required
    • \n
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • \n
    • Keyboard/data entry experience required
    • \n
    • Comfortable working directly with patients
    • \n
    • Reliable transportation is required
    • \n
    • Must be able to work the assigned schedule consistently and arrive on time
    • \n
