We are seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing phlebotomy procedures while ensuring a high level of patient care, professionalism, and accuracy in specimen collection and handling. **Location:** Everett, WA **Employment Type:** Minimum 3-month temporary/contract assignment (possible extension) **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $ 28.29/hour **Primary Responsibilities** + Perform venipuncture and specimen collection procedures on patients + Properly label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing + Ensure patient identification and specimen accuracy according to established protocols + Maintain patient comfort and professionalism during collection procedures + Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance guidelines + Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment + Accurately document patient and specimen information as required + Collaborate with clinical and laboratory staff to support efficient patient care operations **Required Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + Current Washington State Phlebotomy License required + Previous phlebotomy experience preferred **Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent patient interaction and communication abilities + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment + Knowledge of infection control and specimen handling procedures + Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times **Additional Information** + No travel required + No floating between multiple locations + No home health or patient home visits required **Why work for Adecco?** · Weekly Pay · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
