Phlebotomist Floater - Houston, TX

Job Title:  Phlebotomist Floater

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hours vary)

Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience)

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Phlebotomist Floater for Houston, TX for a major lab.   

Responsibilities:

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which include weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to float within the Houston area.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Clear Background
• Phlebotomy certification preferred 
• Minimum of 1 year current  experience REQUIRED. 
• Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
